The property that accommodates guests in full equipped and comfortable apartments, offers to its guests a 5x15mt swimmingpool with solarium in a wide garden; fully equipped playing park for children; ping-pong, mountain-bike and barbecue available.
Prices include bed linen with weekly change, bath towels changed every two weeks, electricity, cooking gas and final cleaning.
Swimming pool towels upon request 5 Euro.
Air conditioning or heating 50 euro a week.
Deposit 150 euro. Nell'affitto degli appartamenti è compresa la biancheria da letto, da bagno, cucina, acqua, luce e pulizia finale.

The propery offers 6 apartments all different among them but all pleasantly furnished and fully equipped with all comforts as sat tv and air conditioning.
Each apartment has an independent entrance, the ones on the ground floor also have their own gazebo, tables and chairs.
The apartment Ginestra is provided with living-room with two sofas, one of them is also a double-bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, terrace, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, garden with gazebo, table and chairs.
The Mimosa, Papaveri and Oleandro apartments are provided with living-room with a double sofabed, equipped kitchenette, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower.
Apartments Lavanda and Girasoli are provided with living room with double sofabed, fully-equipped kitchen corner, double room and bathroom with shower.

Agriturismo la Macchia is located among the wonderfull tusan country, ideal point of start to reach the close most important cities of Tuscany (like Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano). You can easily reach also the sea in less than 40 minutes, where you can dive into the warm waters of the Tirreno.
The property is also surrounded by medieval hamlets and small typical villages like Peccioli, Chianni, Volterra, Lari, Buti, where it is possible to enjoy local fairs, recollection of historical events and theatrical performances, all year long.
